Refund Policy

  • In the case of standard guaranteed bookings: cancellations can be made no later than one (1) day before the date of arrival is made without penalty;
  • In the case of non-refundable rates: free cancellation is not permitted and cancellations and/or no-shows will be charged at the amount of 100% of the price of the reservation.
  • Cancellation can be made by the guest by sending an e-mail to hotel reservation department to the following e-mail address: [email protected].
  • Cancellations cannot be made through the phone or by any other means.
  • In case of late cancellations (less than one (1) day prior to arrival) and / or in case of no-show a penalty of 100% of the price of the first night’s stay will be charged to the guest unless otherwise provided by the rules of their selected rate.
  • Refunds to eligible guests will be initiated no later than five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
  • The actual transfer of funds to the guest’s account can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the terms and conditions of inter-bank processing centres and banks involved in the operation. Refund is made to the same card with which the payment was made.
